It's not controlling someone if they know the rules and guidelines going in.

How is allowing people to have facial hair lowering standards? Hopefully sarcasm.

My thread. My how you've grown. Wish I could say the same for my miles this week. 1800 and I left Sunday. Sat most of yesterday and will sit most of the day today... I hate LTL pickups on a Friday night before going home. 10pm pickup in Knoxville and 8pm delivery Sunday in Fishersville, VA. I asked my FM if I could have it there by midnight Sunday since I know good and well they won't touch that trailer before Monday morning. The reply I got was "on". I assume that means no. Poor guy must be so rushed and preoccupied that he couldn't take the time to spell "no" correctly. This was a bad week.. Not a typical week.. Just a bad one. At least I get to rush home and stick my substandard bearded face in the door at home and say hi to the wife and kids before turning around and running back out. Sorry for the misplaced rant... Have a good day.

Dude.. Was that you at the window? Got your paperwork at about 8pm? If so, I was the guy that walked up to the counter right before you got your paperwork! Ha!

HA! YES!! Too funny! I asked that kid about my load after you left and he said it wasn't ready.. I waited an hour and went back and found out it had been ready since about 6:45pm. KNX has done that crap before. Did you make it home? I only had to go to TRI.

Yea, I made it home. But I have to stop in Richmond first before I go on to Norfolk to top the tanks, wash the truck etc... Norfolk has nothing except flooding water when it rains. I'm seriously thinking about switching domiciles to Richmond, but the only thing that's stopping me is the gas in my car. I'm an hour and half away. At least Averitt eats the cost of gas for the drive right now. :p
