Are you by chance related to @Mike123456789 who recently posted that they had a settlement pending with All State Express for monies owed? If so, I am curious as to whether you won or lost the case.

    Oldironfan and Lonesome Thank this.

Recruiter Mike W. stated I would make 3000 to 5000 a week. Made statements that the vehicles being used were great quality and the #### vehicle breaks down during my 1st trip out.

The dispatchers are hard to get along with. They make demands of the drivers and when a driver refuses to take the trip then the driver is placed on the black list or put at the bottom of the call list. Sitting is absolutely the worst. They do not book any further trips until you have completely delivered the current trip a driver is on. This costed me hours on end waiting to receive my next run.

Yes, I was a O/O with them. No matter what trip I had, I had the insurance fuel taxes and truck payment deducted each week. If a driver took a week off for any reason then all deductions still came out of check even if there was not a check. I knew coming in being an owner had the ups and downs but here with this company there were never any ups. In 5 to 10 years I still not want to be making the same pay per mile I am today. Making more money in their mind is running more trips and staying out away from home more often. Hell, I am out 3 to 5 weeks already. Not worth the 1.25 per mile (if that some weeks with fuel charge).
