Hello truckers, avoid doing business with Armstrong in Texas, specially with Jose R. He will very nice at first, but then his word is gone with the wind. Plus he will make any effort to delay payment. I did a load at the beginning of January, and my dispatcher and myself have called several times to corporate offices asking for payment, and today Feb/12 it is still pending. Not a serious company. I emailed headquarters about two weeks ago and nobody has contacted me yet. Broker lied to me, my dispatcher, and my driver. Also used a dirty, nasty language, very unprofessional. It was my first and last contact with them.
Thought I should share this with all of you.
