You can only do that, if you have never worked for the company you are complaining about. And you have to be prepared to tell everyone they should avoid said company, at all cost's, based on your observations, and your observations alone.

 

Or they can also say that they heard it from a friend of a friend or their cousin’s sister’s brother!!

 

And all this while never disclosing or talking about the actual company you work for, thus questioning whether you're an actual driver.
