    Zombie thread.....I know.

Just ran from TX/OK border, via I-40, to US 69 (I-40 exit 264B), to US 60, to MO43, to I-44 (Missouri).

Best I can tell, it's 30 miles longer.

Since it's next to impossible to coerce my Garmin Dezl to come up with this route, I saved Long-Lat waypoints, and will share them here. Really, it's simple to follow, but if you were planning to sleep while your partner drives, waypoints make it easy.

Waypoint #1 makes sure you are on I40, it's actually on the off ramp serving a Love's and a Pilot (Choctaw Rd).
If you don't need to stop, don't take the exit.

Waypoint #2 is I-40 offramp 264B, to US 69 north.
    N 35.456833
    W 095.542937

Waypoint #3 is the ramp from US 69 to US 60 east.
    N 36.626852
    W 095.212803

Waypoint #4 is just after you turn onto East Illinois, continuing on US 60.
    N 36.638352
    W 095.153316

Waypoint #5 is after you turn onto MO 43.
    N 36.825412
    W 094.610523

Waypoint #6 is on the on-ramp for I-44 east.
    N 37.009512
    W 094.547408

EASTBOUND ONLY! Waypoints are on off-ramps, reversing the order will not create a westbound route.
