Hello all you Marten truckers. I just wanted to say thanks, for all the good info on Martens. I have been driving local the last 2 and a half years, but no work, So put my resume on line and thay seem to be my new meal ticket. Any more info would be much enjoyed. Thanks Louis

I drove by their Wilsonville yard this weekend and they did have a "Drivers Wanted" sign out.

it seems as far as reefer companeys go marten has one of the lowest average length of haul. most marten loads stay around the 550 mile range any of the loads that go further then that most likely would be swaped with another driver.
this practice is good if you want to stay in your region but if your are looking for the big miles . you would be better of at pride transport or cr england. marten is famous for their swaps
