Was that an apology or an attempt to explain your comments so us dumb truck drivers can understand?

WG I get your point, and when I say or post something I accept all responsibility and ownership of my statements.

Ronin I have some large ash pieces if you want them. Some good nails too.

Is this the part where I tell some more privations from my life so we can out sacrifice pity party each other?

I laugh at the people that consider this a hard job, or career. It is not. It is simply attention to detail. And to assign some altruistic sacrifice is disingenuous at best and more likely flatly dishonest. You flying off the handle over a jest defending the industry in such a manner with those types of deception remove credibility from your point. In fact attempts to garner that victimhood you accuse me of falsely. But judging by your previous forays that is your strength.

Fear not I'll leave ya to your rightous indignation now. Hate to rain on a good ol' fashion temper tantrum carry on.

My credibility is fine. Yours is not. I simply pointed out your stereotypical response and abuse modus operandi, and since you can handle the truth, you make fun of me some more. As long as it's working for you, run with it, I guess...

I'm all grown up and it doesn't bother me, but it DOES provide me with entertainment at your expense.

And now, since you overreacted to my statement, which you clearly didn't fully read, you either have to run away and hide, or hurl some more insults. Choose your path, I'm enjoying this either way.

From your prior driving history it sounds like you are not cut out for prof. driving. In fact you have no idea what your walking into. If you have ever been involved in a fatality accident your views about driving change for the rest of your life. It is not something to be taken lightly. People that do not have the miles behind the windshield just don't understand. Some people just aren't cut out for trucking, move on.

Were all adults, Like I said before, We will Agree, Disagree, Totally Disagree, but thats the best part of debating Trucking. I hope we all just start over and Keep that Great Posting of Trucking going on. You guys are great here.

Wargames...I just don't like bullies... and anyone who thinks they're always right, and dogs people continually, is a bully.

Im sure right about now the Eagle is lurking. Usally not good. Ronin, sometimes It takes a lot to just walk away and move on, Sometimes real hard, but Ive done it, and Im sure you guys can also, I enjoy both you and Tazz posting, always interesting to read. I think you guys can do it. Probably best If Admin. closes this, so we can move forward. But not my choice, or decision. See both of you on the boards.

No Doubt! its always been "The Way You Handle it"
People read this crap on the forums with preconceived clouded minds
NOTHING IS ABSOLUTE outside of mortal death.

I have yearly audits and strive for outstanding reviews
We run and run hard at times,we compensate as needed to stay in "our lane".Running stupid is one thing,"knowing the difference and weighing percentages" during a spot on the 24 clock is another.

Its not something you plan, its more of a tool
As many know, you cant possible run 100% Legal,100% of the time
Granted you can come close, but nothing in this mortal world is 100%.

    Absolutely!! Experience,Experience,Experience
Its the miserably failed comprehension of "Experience" and continual
fluctuation and reactions to such daily variables that people end up over reacting or pushing out past the percentage values.

Some think the Best of the Best are the Million plus miler hands
with spotless records and drawers full of awards, they are the extreme exception and far removed from the majority.

When put under the scope, true experience will shine out well above the governing/judicial hierarchy.LEO's job is enforcement and they will at every opportunity tilt the scales in their favor to make the numbers.

If you are truly on top of your game, there is no reason to fear the diesel bears,CSA or the Safety/Compliance Dept at Mega Carrier X

FEAR IS THE TOOL and they all exploit it
Run as legal as you can,but never fear "them"

Honestly its not that hard to fly under the radar. There are usually enough idiots around to draw the LEO's attention. Staying close to the speed limit, in the right lane with a generous following distance goes a long way.

I was on I-294 Illinois, yesterday, and Coming out of the Toll-Plaza, a 6 wheeler. His lane merges into my right lane. I look over at him, and No checking to see me coming. I get near, and He still is not looking. I back off and pace us. Finally at the last minute, Theres his face in sudden surprise. It was worth backing off, to avoid an accident.
