Awi meter

    hello fellow truckers my Stryker 490 coax was damaged and I got a cheap one the awi meter flashes get a should I get a better coax? Not some cheap 12.00 one? Help

    Yes, when you are running a high power radio, you need better quality coax, because it has better shielding and can handle the higher power too.

    I tuned an antenna with cheap coax and now it's too short, it was some of that china stuff the the gray formed plastic ends... I knew better. :D

    My first red flag reading the OP was when he said the lumper came out to him. I've NEVER had a lumper come out to my truck, I always have to go in the building to find them.

    Usually its when ya have skids of food related product that needs to be off loaded and sorted specifically for storage..
    Usually the option is given to driver to offload himself or higher a lumper to do it for you..Whom ever you del to usually has a handful of guys in atandby to do it for a fee..
    Its a way that the company you del to doesnt have to employ people for that job..
