Pretty much all cable news ratings have plummeted this year. The funny part is that Don Lemon''s decline (36%) is actually smaller than the decline of Fox News' (39%).

    ;)

Don't beat yourself up or listen to some comical banter. Things happen, pay it and move on. End of 2020 I got a speeding ticket. Almost 20 years since the last one. I had my head in my rear and doing something I shouldn't have. Even in my own county. Can't turn the miles or hours this job demands without a screw up. Just part of business.

I guess the Fox News audience is getting out and enjoying mask-less freedom in greater numbers. ;)

BTW, I don't need to read the articles, or search out the drivel, I have friends and family who live/work in the S.F. area, one is a construction engineer, she recently commented on FB that the site they are currently working on, building a hospital addition, to protect employee vehicles from theft, vandalism, break-ins, they leased a parking lot 2 blocks away, put up 12' fence around it, and have two security guards per 12 hr shift monitoring it, as well as cameras and sensors on the fence.

    And yet...

The Denver area is getting to be just as bad, after a spate of business break-ins and vandalism, there was a news story recently that per Denver Police, they are 60 officers below DoJ recommended staffing levels. I've got 4 friends who are Denver cops, all are retiring in the next 2 years, the current academy class for 2021 is 35 set to begin in June. They expect 40 retirements this year, with the moronic "suggestions" from an independent panel released recently, the attrition rate will be higher, but, I'm sure the left will still gnash their teeth. When I was in a minor accident in Jan. 2020, it took 45 minutes for the civilian accident investigator to arrive on scene, he had 6 other calls holding.

Most people lift themselves up, and don't rely on the government

None of that contradicts what I said.
