Sliding the 5th wheel forward will only move weight off your drives and onto your steer axle. Your only options are to load lighter or add an axle to your trailer.

seriously, if i can't scale, i get a certified scale ticket and take the load back where it came from for them to get it right, course i don't have a 379 peterbilt pulling a 39 foot ti-brook dump trailer either... best to yah

There are only possible 3 solutions to your problem:
1°don't spread the load level.Load it higher at the front.Don't know if that is possible was you haven't stated what it is you haul.
2° move the axles off the trailer back.(which you said isn't possible)
3°move the trailerkingpin to the back. That would cost a little but is possible to do.

There is nothing you can do to the truck that will take weight off your traileraxles.
