Using this estimator with my truck (I used estimated miles) and it came out to $1800. https://www.fee.celtic.bz/WebFeeEstimatorWeb/WebFeeCalculator

I am in the process of filling out my apportioned plate application for Arizona, but I am not sure on what mileage to use. The truck drove for two different companies in 2013. Do I need to use the mileage for 2013 from these two companies in each jurisdiction, or do I use estimated? I am in the process of going independent, I was an O/O last year (and still currently).

Somebody will correct me if I am wrong, but if you were running under someone else's authority and they were filing and paying fuel taxes for you, then under your own authority you would use estimated to get started.

That's what I did when I bought my own plates for the first time.

Dont you just get base plate based on TRACTOR weight and not the trailer weight?
