    Tell them your situation and maybe ask them for a raise? If you haven't had any claims maybe your insurance rates will come down and they might be able to pass that along to you? They will probably mention they gave you a chance and trained you when nobody else would and now you're leaving after a year...and they wouldn't be out of line for saying that IMO. But I digress.
