Back for Upgrade - No Trucks?

No trucks?!?!?! I'm due to be back to upgrade as soon as I get another 3k miles or so.Who would I talk to to see if there is still a wait on trucks?

 

Check with Success Leasing, they are keeping the list. It took from Friday to Friday before husband got his truck. He had a couple of things to finish doing, the twic card, and passport while he was waiting. He had been 18 on the list when he got on it.

 

I hear this truck shortage is still going on... Anyone tried to get one recently? I'll be trying to pick up a midroof next week, hopefully I don't have to get on a waiting list.

 

Was told by my trainers fm that the upgrading was suppose to be held for two weeks(this past week and the upcoming) due to the truck shortage dealing with the plants or something..suppose to be starting the upgrade seswionw back up next week..this is what was told to him in a email sent out to fm as of last friday..not aure how foncreate it is but its one reason why he is scheduling me to come in super bowl sunday..really dojt mind it though gives me chance to pick up another wk of pay..

 

Guess ill just have to wait and see what happens when I get there. Problem with me is Im not upgrading and I already turned in my lightweight and will need a tanker truck. Success leasing has told me there are already a couple tanker guys waiting on trucks. No eta on trucks for them, not sure about reefer/fb.

 

Do all drivers in the tanker division get a mid-roof? Also, is the mid-roof a lightweight?

 

Have seen ( on the HIGHWAY ) a MIX of everything pulling PRIME tankers , CASCADIA mid roofs , condos , PETE 384 flat tops to 389 condo , KW T600 / 660 areocab .

 

Prime doesn't order mid roofs, the only way to get one is to order it after you've completed a lease or get one that someone else turned in. The 384 flat tops are bunge dedicated, 389/660's are o/o not purchased through Prime.

 

I noted what I have seen , sorry I did not check the ownership papers , although I have seen all the trucks mentioned FOR SALE at Pedigree Truck sales at 1 time or another , so PRIME has owned a few.

 

Ive seen midroof small bunk cascadias all over the country with the Prime name on it. As for 660's they leased a few of them.
