Nah man your not bashing me. I know I don't have any felonies as I have been in the military for the past 17 years. I doubt I have any misdemeanors but I can't remember since i have been stationed overseas for awhile and I just want to make sure. I don't want to go into the interview and they say well sir why didn't you tell us about this? I want to be upfront and honest with them about everything.

Smokeycv is rite. Ur mvr may tell u depending what exactly happen. But it may not. Like if u were caught w/ open container in a car or walkin down the street. There's a diff. Unless it was a charge that caused u 2 loose license.

If it is sealed by a court or judge, there will be no record of the conviction, but there might be an original arrest record that will show up. Most people would interperate that as charges being dropped. If a conviction is expunged, the court seals the record and orders other records destroyed from police departments. The FBI will still have a record of it but it will not show up for civilians to see.
