Hi G13, being a truck driver for 35 years, I never had that "fat-wallet syndrome". Mine was so thin, I hardly knew it was there.![]()

Lumbar support helps for long haul. You want to feel some pressure from the seat on your lower back. It will feel a bit off, and almost uncomfortable at first, but you will feel the difference later.
There doesn't seem to be any middle ground on the bottom seat adjustment. Local is usually higher in the rear and long haul is lower. Lower is the rear is nicer on your butt but can cut off circulation to your legs. -
I had that problem early on. I figured out that it was because I had the seat unlocked. Flip the lever that locks your seat so that it doesn't move back and forth.

So many things can cause back pain.
You should go see a doctor.
Went to the doctor cause I was in constant pain.
Didn't take him long, said one leg was longer than the other.
He told me to buy extra insoles and put one in the right shoe, but to take it out after it quit hurting.
I never took it out, but haven't had problems since...I take that back once when I got new shoes, bought some new insoles and swapped out the old one....
Evidently the one long being shorter/longer than the other is pretty common. And that's a simple 'fix' for it, if there isn't a 'big' difference.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
I've heard of that. More common than people think. Maybe I should alter my shoes instead of my wallet. Seriously.
ps: miss your old Avatar! Y'all need to quit changing that stuff. Just like flip flops did...but apparently he's been banned. Idk. Gone ?!? -
You in a day cab? That's what a day cab does, beats the heck out of your back and shoulders.

Man, I recently bought the Asics Gel-Kinsei 6's http://www.amazon.com/ASICS-Mens-GEL-Kinsei-Running-Shoe/dp/B00XXXJ6DI and I don't feel like I wasted one penny. They're rated for 1k marathon miles and should be very reliable. I feel like I'm walking on tempurpedic matteress'. When I put my work boots on now for certain jobs they feel like boulders LOL. Don't let people fool you and say gel pads are cheaper and work the same, I'm a penny pincher and money money was WELL spent. Also man, make sure you get plenty of DISTELLED water in your system. Almost any other type of water is loaded with inorganic materials that get lodged in the joints and etc over time. BRAGG'S wrote a good book on it called "the truth about water" or something close to that. Also you can try these Mineral Trace drops into your water They raise the Ph level naturally and have many trace minerals http://m.traceminerals.com/?url=htt...rals/RS=^ADAdRanlI4b_KoraOzWtgIKSu7vLXA-#2685 . They're based out of SLC area I think and have YouTube videos to show if you need that type of proof. But alkaline and acidity have a lot to do with overal health, good working muscles and joints etc...
Good Luck!G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
I agree, she can always make the pain go away---I mean my wife BTW
