I bought a set of these a couple months ago and my wife who goes to the chiropractor somewhat on a regular basis said I was an idiot

Told her to try it now she’s telling her friends how good it works

I carry two of them. The small and large wheels and I just sit on the edge of my bed and lay back on it and roll towards the rear of the sleeper
    Works great
    Just some info

    another gizmo.

i think this falls into the category of snake oil.

a heating pad, a rub/massage, and maybe a Tylenol or Advil.

wait 5 more minutes, and something better, will come along..

soon enough, you too will have a collection of self help gizmos either under your bed, or in the closet.

Man I use a foam roller and a tennis ball on my knots. Loosens things up. Feels great. I’d be willing to try it.

    Yeah probably if your 500lbs
Didn’t see it on shark tank and since I’m not 500lbs it’s pretty easy to control the weight issue you speak of

And you’re not putting all the weight on as you might think

    buddyd157 Thanks this.

It takes all kinds. One thing works for someone and another thing doesn’t. If it helps him it’s not snake oil. I do a lot of yoga stretching and it helps me a great deal. If I do it a couple days a week A lot of my pain is gone.
