When we moved I pulled a He-man and lifted my washer and dryer up on my deck and as you can guess... So, is there anything I can do to make my seat easier on my back till it gets better. (fyi. I drive a 05 Pete if that helps with a product)

Only if it is a lumbar seat, you can adjust it to support the lower part of you back.

Raise the seat so that your knees are 90 degrees at the bend and slide it forward. You may not look "cool" in your Pete but you will be comfortable. :biggrin_25525:

    Now thats the right idea.

You may still have a sore back, but you might forget about it for awhile.

Actually doctors say to have the knees a little above the pelvis. Use that lumbar and roll it as far in to your back as it'll go. Go see your doctor if it gets worse.

When I hurt my back, I found that setting the seat to rock back and forth (railway setting) helped alot. That slight give was enough to keep my back strain down while driving. On most (drivers) seats it's a lever on the lower right side.

    Hope you feel better soon.
