Try this seat pan-thing. I've used one for last 3 yrs, really works to keep my lower back pain in check, but sometimes it bothers my tail-bone, from pressure point. Got mine at a Pilot, but you can get it online too.

I hear some of this #### and cant see how anyone gets thru orientation with these companies I can see someone explaining that 3 out rule to me and me getting up and walking out I'm not a child and if Im sick then Im telling my dm I'm sick and that's all I need to say I do however realize some drivers out here tend to get sick ,hurt their back, sprain their eye lids ,when it's close to the weekend and their near their house. We have a couple drivers who amazing things happen to them when they are within the home range. It helps to be a reliable hard working driver so when you say your sick it's not questioned.
