My back has been holding up fine this first year, but my left shoulder has been acting up. Real sharp pain after holding the wheel a while. Guess I should just quit driving..... Forever..... Lol.

I havent read the whole thread, but am writing so i can trace it back. For now, all I can say is that if your problems are muscular, then chiropractice, stomach crunches, juicing and a firm bed are a must.

My pain was more than muscular. It felt more like a deep bone bruise on my hip joint with pain shooting down my left leg, as if the muscle attachments (tendons) themselves were inflamed. I did stretching exercises, which helped alleviate the pain at the end of a shift, but every day I ended up in agony.
