    well i report Monday the 27th for Orientation. Got a sweet account running two loads a night from York,Pa. One to burlington,NJ then one to Upper Marlboro,Md. All drop and hook for starbucks. .46 CPM. One silly question because i cant remember. During physical how many minutes was the "step test" during the stress test? Lost 20 lbs since Remember getting thru it but was a little winded. Recruiter said if you have been there it will all be review for me. Cant wait to get it finished.

    i never had to do it in 18 years, but who knows now. I think its up one stap and back down for 2 minutes to check your heart and heart rate.

    I used to love watching ESPN back in the late 80's when the hot girls would go up the step and back down, they usually had weights in their hands. #### they were hot!

    Fast forward to orientation, watch a few out of shape truckers huff and puff up and down one bitty stair. Take bets on if they would make it,lol. Seriously, I am in decent shape but it does get your heart pumping. It's a min or two but believe me you'll be glad it isn't longer.
