No, You will need to fill out some paperwork, pay $300? processing fee and in about 3 months they will send you a release that you will need to carry with you every time you check into customs. They are very strict when they want to be. When I was 16, I was arrested for several charges including assault, assaulting police officer, and a few more I will not list(long story) But because of friends in the right places everything was placed on a suspended sentance then supposedly emoved from record when I turned 18, not so. Everytime I cross into Canada, they give me the third degree over it when they run my record but allow me in.
