Was the drug test with a trucking company?
What's the background check for?

 

It is my firm belief, as a felon, that if the company asks you a question that by answering it truthful cost you the job, that you should not be required to answer it correctly. Someday they find out and fire you? Big deal they never would have hired you.

Now as a Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, I believe in the honor code. I will not lie, steal, or cheat, nor tolerant anyone who does.

But being as this is a 44 magnum.......

Expunged records does not mean it can't be found. I find them on background checks because I ask the investigating company to find everything legally about the applicant.

The refused drug test, well if that popped up on a dmv report or in the back ground check, the applicant gets tossed.

 

I don't believe you. During your driving career you've had at least one dispatcher.
