The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows you to receive your credit reports free once each year. Go to the USIS/DAC website and download the application. Your MVR/driving record is information that falls under the FCRA. Complete the appropriate sections and you will receive it within 15-days. Two accidents within the past 3-years may be a problem depending on the individual carriers' criteria.
