Thanks zab and guys! But I don't know how I'm abusing the clutch, I go really slow, and sometimes stop for a sec or two and go on. Am I going to slow or riding the throttle to much?

The clutch could be worn out from a previous driver.

CA means Clutch Abuse, when the clutches get worn down they heat up too quick under a load and they do exactly what you are saying. Sometimes its because you are just off the gas and on the gas too much while trying to navigate to the hole. It can happen with a brand new clutch too.
You want to just idle for a min and let it cool down and dont waste any time getting it in the hole.
