The reason I had trouble is because the jerk off that pulled in next to me after the original guy left nosed in crooked about 6 inches from me.
I woke him up and got him to straighten up then thankfully the guy behind me pulled out.
Like I said last time I ever make that mistake.
Anyone that doesn't park straight with everyone else is a complete moron.

Have to be more specific driver. We are all morons for putting up with DOT crap.
-
No you don't. If I pull into a TS and it's 2am and I'm dead tired I'd rather nose in and not hit anything then attempt a 90 degree back into a tight spot and take somebody's mirror off. Bad things happen when you're exhausted as it is. Nosing in has it's time and place.Father Luke, cowboy_tech, Charli Girl and 1 other person Thank this.
-
You can't let others know this! might get labeled a noob a FNG a moron or a idiot. Between us. okay?!Scott72 and Charli Girl Thank this.
-
Ha, could care less. They can call me whatever they want, but I'll be the driver out there looking like a "noob" from time to time, but also making my company very happy avoiding preventable accidents.
-
I pull a 48ft step, almost always try to pull in and the ### end of the trailer never sticks out I assume the OP's "beef" is with van and reefer guys?
-
easy super trucker. come back in 1 year make that claim about company.
-
I prefer a compromise. Back in but don't take off the mirror.
If you're too tired to back in then you were too tired to drive to the TS
-
Yes because nobody drives tired right? Come on..Charli Girl and Shaggy Thank this.
-
I prefer tired left. but no one is perfect like the fellow Canadian.
