Definitly talk to a recruiter and don't hide nothing from Roehl.
They are a good company but they are strictly black and white. No gray areas.
I have been with them since June 2012 but was terminated yesterday due to pending felony charges for possession of controlled substances. I used to be the general manager for a tobacco wholesaler that also had a little retail tobacco store. The store sold "herbal incense" and the city, county and state came in 5 weeks before the stuff was outlawed and not just took the incense, but rolling papers, rolling machines, etc.. and even every single computer. Due to that, the company couldn't do their state reports and the company ended up shutting down 9 months later. The raid happened in July '11 and the company shut down in March '12. I wanted to do something different so I got my CDL and came on with Roehl in June '12. Well, in August '12 I got home for home time and found out there was a warrant for my arrest. I hired an attorney and then surrendered myself and posted bail. Then I listened to my attorney and didn't tell Roehl what happened until last Tuesday. They suspened me until this is resolved. They rented me a car to get home (600 miles away) and after I got home they called me and told me I was terminated. They did give me the option to resign but I had to let them know before we hung up the phone. So I picked termination. If I would have told them back in August when I wanted to, the same outcome would have probably happened.
