I see a trap all over this one...so I will bow to my longevity in marriage and advise all male posters to TOTALLY IGNORE the reference to a females weight!

While I'm a company driver, I have to agree with you for the most part. But, I also have to take you to task on some of your post.
Whining isn't always about sympathy seeking. My wife and my mother say the same thing. When I quit whining about my job.....it's time to worry.
Whining is a means of venting the days frustrations. I have a friend at this company...we spend pretty much all day, trying to out whine each other on the cell phone. Of course, we share some really good eatin spots too
Neither of us intend to leave, unless we're made too. So we ##### just to pass the time
It actually leaves us something to talk about, other than our jobs when we call family

While a semi-colon is acceptable, the rule is that a comma should be used.
"gonna" should be going to, although everybody here understands the slang usage.
Should be for proper grammar; your 150 lb. tarp, would be for lumber...
The slang is actually "totin", and there should be a comma after the word around.
Since you changed the subject content, this final phrase would be it's own sentence. Therefore, the "n" in "now" should have been capitalized, and there should have been just a period, instead of a three dot continuation after the last word "tarp".

Where's Algebra? Is it near BF, Egypt?:smt102

Could be Egypt or Babylonia:
The history of algebra began in ancient Egypt and Babylon, where people learned to solve linear (ax = b) and quadratic (ax2 + bx = c) equations, as well as indeterminate equations such as x2 + y2 = z2, whereby several unknowns are involved. The ancient Babylonians solved arbitrary quadratic equations by essentially the same procedures taught today. They also could solve some indeterminate equations.
Have a nice trip...I will stay here, thank you very much!JustSonny Thanks this. -
Southern Pride..I wanted to take this oppurtunity to thank you for your positive posts. It is sad that many drivers do NOT understand that attitude plays a MAJOR part in their success. Not just for O/O but company drivers as well.
For those who have hijacked this thread: I find this totally disrespectful..You have a couple of veteran drivers WILLING to share their wisdom and offer encouragement to new folks. Instead of learning from them you want to show how grammer smart you are..What you showed me was how disrespectful and ignorant you are.
