Mike Prado & Co does not pay as agreed!. Delivered a load for this company Once you drop the load for them all communication stops. You are lucky if you get someone to answer a call. Dial one of the menu options, you are put on hold listening to music or someone yelling at their kid for infinite or until you hang up. Dial an extension, always get a voicemail, leave messages and no one returns your call. Oh and most of your emails will go unanswered as well.

THEY PROMISE QUICK PAY, SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THEY MADE PAYMENT VIA ACH. CONFIRMED WITH MY BANK THAT NO PAYMENT WAS EVEN ATTEMPTED. WHEN YOU FINALLY GET SOMEONE, IT IS AFTER HOURS, OR CALL ANONYMOUSLY, YOU GET THE CLEANING LADY! WHO THEN TELLS YOU THE CHECK WILL BE MAILED. SO WE SEND AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIRM AND THEY REPLY THAT THE CHECK WAS MAILED, 10 DAYS LATER, NOTHING!!! AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS OR EMAILS.

DO NOT RUN A LOAD FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Did you check their credit before moving anything for them? You might want to post this in the Freight Broker section as well.

Yeppers, but op likely will have to wait the amount of time specified in the contract. 10 days is nothing in b2b billing.

Hmmm, I smell a troll. Nothing like a one post wonder to give you confidence in what they're saying.

    DSK333 Thanks this.

We did finally get paid. After a few instances of them not being truthful and a check that returned nsf one time. It cost us as an owner operator and we are still digging out of it. You do not build good business relationships this way. They could have avoided this post if they would have been straight up from the beginning or when they realized they ran into an issue on their end.
