    Can we talk brokers as well as shippers? I titled this thread Bad Brokers / "Decent enough" Brokers instead of Bad Brokers / Good Brokers because in my eyes, brokers are all middlemen parasites and I believe shippers should just work direct with carriers and starve out these parasites

    I'll go first. TQL. Yes you, TQL. Micromanaging every step of the way. Demand a driver downloads a location tracking app ("this is to avoid check calls" they say) but then still blow your phone up multiple times per day anyway, asking your whereabouts.
