Please be warned! Bing Logistics, Inc. of Monterey Park, CA is not an honorable Carrier. They moved a load for us in February and had a substantial Freight Claim which they are refusing to pay. They failed to secure the Freight and therefore caused the damage.

You're supposed to file a claim against their insurance. Have you done that yet?

Probably not. OP is on here yelling about a carrier not paying instead of hushing up while the process takes place.

This is why you are their cargo insurance certificate holder, are you not? If this was a carrier to carrier, double brokering deal then you might find it difficult to make them pay, if they don't want to pay already.

Please be advised, Bing Logistics, Inc. of Monterey Park, CA transported a load for us and had significant freight damage which they are refusing to accept responsibility. Be forewarned, they sign your contract, but fail to follow through with claims that are filed. They just flatly refused to meet their obligation! Be careful!!

You file on their insurance and move on. Crap happens.
Maybe if you didn't pay for the absulate bottom of the barrel price for the move, you might have gotten better service.
