That's running through three stages of amplification and it was not tuned to any of those stages the first stage was Class C and the second two stages were class AB.
He got a perfect four to one ratio out of the first stage which was perfectly reproduced through the second two stages and I'm sure if he was to take all of this equipment back to the technician that tuned the transmitter and have him align the whole thing with all three stages on the bench it could be cleaned up even more than it already is. It's still pretty impressive as it is. -
Yes but if motor mouth has his beams pointed to the sand box and string bean has his pointed to north Carolina of course string bean will look like he is on the same level , but he is not.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

I used to work for Hard Drive 163. I went by The handle Texas Wildman. I was the one doing SWR checks and calibrations for him. He is a hard man to work for with his unrealistic rules but I will say one thing about him. If there is a man who can get your CB fixed it is Hard Drive's Fine tuned CB Shop Although he is no longer in Amarillo.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.
