    If I'm not mistaken when it comes to warranty any dealer ( cummins or international) can see if any work has been done. I'm assuming Heartlanf has their own shop they may have done some work themselves but should have all write ups and inspections on file. A guy on here bought a truck from a dealer but before he finished the deal he called the company had got a list of everything done to the truck as well as the inspection sheet drivers fill out on things that need to be fixed. They should have service calls and everything.
