Hopefully you can get the report cleared .But any potential employer is going to check with the past employer the employer that put the information on dac can also report why they terminated you to any potential employer. I personally wouldn’t be to concerned you will find other employment and move on
Bad DAC need assistance

That unauthorized passenger entry on your DAC could be giving companies pause. You have ten years experience driving you stated. The question is, do you have at least 1 year experience in the last 3? I ask because you say you were with the 2nd chance company off and on for a period of time.
Lonesome Thanks this. -
I left the second chance company in 2024, landed a yard jockey job before I was termed (hence the DAC was clearer when I applied). Gave 2 weeks notice end of March 2026 from the yard jockey job. 1.5 years there for a promised driving position at A temp agency. Customer dropped the ball. I should have never left that YJ job.
I am now with that temp agency and the customers/clients and recruiters are so shifty. I'm doing my part Passing road tests, showing up to all interviews, etc.
So far the temp agency has been a nightmare in finding work. They are slow and disorderly. Currently trying to get in with transforce.Last edited: Apr 13, 2026

In all fairness it sounds like you broke multiple company rules and are saying they are petty rules. Apparently the companies didn’t think they were petty

Where are you located exactly?

I can see your perspective. I wasn't saying the rules were petty, I was implying that the terminations were petty technicalities. That's all I'm saying.
-
Plenty of companies don’t use dac.
Look for smaller companies and maybe private fleets.snowlauncher and Sd89 Thank this. -
As a recruiter soon to be returning to driving I can tell you 3 terminations since 2021 is terrible. Company's have rules in place for a reason, you break them you become a risk. With the misconduct as long as it didn't;t get physical a company can and will if interested ask for a VOE (verification of employment) many times they will give us more information as to why you were hired. With my company we would want a minimum of 6 months with another company without any type of violation on you mvr, psp and dac. Make sure on every application you give the reason for any and all reminations the last 10 years, failure to do so could be a falsification of the application with some companies.
Good luckRugerfan Thanks this.
