If he can't keep a valid license. why would anyone hire him????
no one wants to deal with the hassle of retrieving a truck and looking for a new employee. he obviously can't drive without getting pulled over.
bad driving record

27 suspensions must reflect that he is not very responsible or there is something wrong with following the laws, different story is it has been 20 years since his goof ups also what was the reason for the suspensions,,not good ,,best he looks for an other occupation, maybe greasing trucks
Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
I was wondering how difficult its going to be for me to get a driving job, I do have points on my license and 1 accident recently where I totaled my car because I made a bad decision to swerve for a deer, how difficult will it be for me to get a driving job?

Is there no way to get those suspensions off his record ?

They suspend your license for lapsed emission?
That aint right. They should just impound the car.
I knew about them suspending it for non-payment of child support, and it makes sense. If a guy owes money the last thing you want is him being able to go to work. Its not like you can just garnish his check. -
Never quite understood why Carter thinks they are all that. They have some of the biggest idiots in the industry driving for them. Have seen it all my three years there. Drivers leaving the Vandalia,Ohio terminal and on a side street driving right into someone's front tearing up the yard, tree and a car in driveway at 30mph. Dropping trailers without cranking down landing gear (a big one). Not setting brakes on tractors so they end up going from the yard into a ditch off the Carter parking lot. Not to mention most Carter drivers it seems cannot read speed limit signs and love to wreck. Hence the safety reminders about such every quarter. Here is an example of one of Carter's finest that just dropped his trailer in Texas. Also they had a great safety bonus program until about a year ago when they cut it in half for the guys that did earn it and they gave out the rest in a form of a raise because of all the crybabies that kept not getting the bonus for various violations and they wonder why their record is falling. Really? lol

I think after 5 suspensions, your license needs to be suspended indefinitely. That is ridiculous.
G.Anthony and The Patriot Thank this.
