Celadon recruiters lie thru the teeth worse than anyone I've ever seen.
I know most do anyway but their guys set a new standard for lowness.
I trust them about as far as I can spit.
If yer going to work for them get it in writing first.

Tell ya what, if any of the Celadon drivers with low miles want some of mine, they are welcome to them. I've been rush rush almost the whole time I've worked for them. I'm tired of being tired. I would love a couple 2000 miles weeks. So let's trade!

Don't know about teams but they can't be getting better treatment than solo's.
Part of the problem is that the planners are the ones that tell you what to do. The dispatchers are only the complaint dept. The planners mess you up, you complain to the dispatcher, nothing gets resolved. -
That is the truth, but welcome to bigger companies, the driver don't have a name, you got a number. They could care less about the driver, as long as they get their loads moved to make the company money. As long as the company makes money the planner makes money, they're not paid by the hour they're on commission.
