Wow, what a re-tard. Good thing he's familiar with the job search magazine. Sounds like he'll be the one needing it.

Alrighty,
Here is the deal. He left me. I am in Sterling Colorado. I walked in to get a soda and he bolted. Im so burnt right now and so flaberghasted, I dont even really know what to write.
I basically finally stood up to him today and 4 hours later he is telling the company I stole money from him to buy me a 2 dollar soda. I called the police immediately to recoup my things and the company had him come baxk to give me my stuff........................ He told the police I stole money..... Of course no charges were pressed.
Ive been saying all along that I believe the company will side with him and now I feel completely refreshed to be off this truck, but Im still in fear of losing this job. Honestly, I dont care what happens to him, I saw the way he acted not only with me, but with the company as well, he is going to dig his own grave here sooner than later. I still NEED to not lose this job, I wont have an answer until tomorrow morning of course, but I can only imagine what he is telling them, that they are buying
What if any recourse do I have, how can I defend myself against basic heresay if they do fire me in this situation? Im alone, Im BROKE, Ive been completely violated, abused, and bent over. I don't want to be a casualty.
To make matters worse, Im staying in STERLING, Colorado, there isnt a decent truck stop, no real facilities... Im staying in bufu hotel. The night "dispatchers," were nice enough to put 75 bucks on my comdata card and I was good enough to barter a 64.95 room down to 45 bucks cash money.
Anyone with a heart, help a lost puppy, please -
I live about 100 miles away from Sterling. I will be home tomorrow night. I can come and get you on Saturday and loan you the money for a bus ticket home if that will help.

Well at least you're out of that situation. Just explain the situation calmly like you have been here. He sounds like a loony and someone in dispatch has probably picked up on that from his QC messages. Running away with your stuff doesn't help his case either. Now he's annoyed the company while you've just done your job so you're one up on him already. Just enjoy being free of him finally and get some rest.

You also have a documented history of the last four days. You might want to refer this thread to your company.

Thanks guys,
If I have to, I may take you up on the offer Brick, thanks for extending a hand. I dont have 50 posts yet so I can only receive PM's not send them.
Im going to collect all my thoughts here tonight and get back again tomorrow. Thanks again -
And show your log book to prove you drove your full shift, and he went a short way, then stopped. The QC will back this up.

If he gets back to us here, I'd like to "pay it forward" from offers I recently received, and offer to send him $25.
MasterTech, do you know how I can get this to him?
