bad swift mentor BEWARE

Thank u Texas-Nana. He said before he left after the crap the mentor said (putting him down) He is actually afraid he will not pass the driving test and written. I did tell him I have faith that he will, or else they would not have gone ahead and got him a bus ticket to go. He should be in Lewiston, ID tomorrow around 10:50 am. And I guess as soon as he gets there he will be taking tests.
My husband and I want to thank everyone for the support, advice and we will keep you posted what happened tomorrow.

 

okay here's something he might not know. if there is a docking he can't do correctly they'll give him special training. if you can reach him tonight tell him the most important thing is to remain calm. *this from the woman who laid her head on the steering wheel and cried during the test out* LOL but it's true i did.

tell him to be calm......even if you blow it.......they'll let you retest. *nods*

 

Have a problem. On his way to His first stop to Missula MT he recieved a call from Watkins and Shephard. And he will start next Tuesday. He talked them about what happened and they said to him "if they have treated you badly during training how do u think they will treat u during and after testing?" So kind of stump on what he should do wether to keep doing to Swift or just go for Watkins. Any suggestions???
I have read so many negative things on Swift but hardly any or none on Watkins and Shephard.

 

If he tests out tomorrow with Swift then he has a choice. If he doesn't......he only has the one choice.

Did Swift the company treat him badly or one mentor? Has Swift acted fairly and promptly as soon as he followed procedure and reported the mentor's behavior?

Only he and you can make this decision.....but what happens if he starts tuesday with W&S and gets a jerk for a mentor? Or maybe they don't do mentors.

thank u Infofrog. Watkins and shepard called again and wants to meet with him in person. He called here first and I even to him briefly about happened to my husband. So the guy from Watkins and Shepard wants to meet with my husband while he is Missoula now. Is that strange or never even heard of that someone wants to meet in person before my husband decides??And pick him up and show him the company.

 

Something else to consider, if swift covered your husbands cost for schooling. Might want to see if W&S will pay it. If not you will have to pay it back out of your pocket. Good luck with whatever choice you make.
