You're absolutely right. But it sure makes that opinion a little more valid if you do. It gets taken more seriously and less like a bandwagonner.

speaking your mind is not grounds for termination most of the trainers do turn out to be jerks all he can do is get home and request another trainer he does not have to stick it out with this guy my friend went through 3 trainers at swift before he met his match......

Just wondering, but how do you know your husband is not the one who is a jerk?

 

yes I must have the same guy. Only he's supposed to be a diamond driver for swift. Hes lazy, dumb and has poor time management skills. As I write this he's sitting in the truck waiting for me ad my blood sugar is 300 and he's out of hours so he can't drive. I only have 28.5 hours before they upgrade me so I'm biting my tongue but he shouldn't be teaching anyone... seems like indentured servitude on a professional level. I'm debating walking away at this point as this guy is a total ###. first name Calvin....

all those swift drivers got 7 years experience now if they could deal with the stress of getting basic training and did not hit too much stuff!
