Do you have a sister? I know this O/O, pretty established. 54. Still in excellent shape. Loves animals.

    Half Price.

They will be as worthless as oil soon if the rates are so low no one can afford to buy one .

Wow. I mean how hard would it be not to pull the trigger on a new T680 at 120k? But you’re saying much lower.

Here’s one with an APU at 155k. They reduced, but they are being stubborn still
    2020 Kenworth T680 | Inland Group

My thought is, buying one now at reduced, but close to full price is nuts. You wouldn’t make any money in year 1. You need like 50 grand off.

Loves animals. Multiple cats at once.

    I keed! I enjoy cats.
Yes, I am in need of a sharp co-pilot/office manager myself. But I’ll end up with my pit bull. I’ve got too high of standards. This dog is great. A workaround.

50k will get you a hell of a truck and trailer from canada right now. Their truck prices are dropping just like ours but their dollar is in the can like 41 cents to ours.

Never gonna get as much truck for the money as now. After a few years of stimulus overprinting our money might not buy much, especially when rates come back after the bloodbath. I can imagine a day when million mile paper log classics bring $50k of worthless dollars.

Times are tough. Might not be a good time to start. But it is a great time to put pen to paper and see how it pencils out. If you can survive now you can survive anything. Also now is a good time to start looking at equipment. I have a feeling that there is going to be a few good deals to be had in the next few months for someone that has done the research and knows their numbers.
Anyone could make a go in 2018 but that doesn't mean it was a good time to start.

If I coming in right now knowing what I know I'd be a company driver and wait for the right time because this isn't it.

And that unit is not a real APU I just found out.

    It's Kenworth idle management.
