I had a similar vibration on a truck new to me . Shop traced to it sharp gears in rear end they were worn from wear due to high mileage. Mine was making a very light noise at slow turns that was barely audible and shook vibrated upon deceleration

 

Guess I'm being ignored.

The information your are providing is contradicting. Take the truck in to a capable shop for professional diagnosis.

 

Then I'd assume a toe out condition from your other symptoms.
