When a company can hire at 20cpm and get them to train at that rate you can afford a Billion $ bonus for the execs. -you can't even get a Mexican to work for that.

 

They let people become "trainers" after 6 months. Unbelievable...

 

The bonus didnt come close to that. He put tooooooo many zeros in his post.

Seriously man, if you are going to complain about a company put a little effort into your spelling and grammar. Otherwise you make all of us look like the duller tools in the shed.

Kinda like the blind leading the blind... I was at the Werner terminal in Springfield Ohio and was told that by the terminal manager there. We were all astounded by that statement. In fact, someone questioned the guy about hearing it correctly. Six months...

 

Your a trainer with a trainee making .23 a mile, think you might want to be lookin for something different, don't know much about the company except they like hauling cheap freight. If I was a company driver and they told me .23 I have a good laugh. I started out working for my aunt off the reservation way back when and she was paying me .25 cash plus stops and i thought she was ripping me off

 

What was that company from down south that used to haul junk, had the green cab-overs,? landstar bought them out , anyway they used to pay their new guys .18 a mile, and I don't think I ever saw one of those driver that was not completly covered in grease

 

Unless they have changed it back again it was 3 months as they could not get enough trainers. This was about 9 months ago they may have changed it back, I do not know for sure.

Part of the problem is many people do not make it for even 6 months here and most that do want nothing to do with being a trainer.
