We have 1 baffled trailer and it's 8400 gallons and is used strictly for hauling heptane, we almost never wash it and when we do, we only steam and dry.

I hauled LPG for 4 winters and I may be wrong but I am pretty sure the trailers were not baffled. The first two winters I drove KW T-800 that were setup super light weight. I had to run up and down route 301 in Southern Maryland and had to be very cautious at the lights due to the speed limit being 55 and if I caught a light just right the surge would definitely push you thru the intersection.

The last 2 Winters I had a Cascadia with disc brakes that was about 1500 lbs heavier than the Kw"s. But those disc brakes made all the difference in the world, I no longer dreaded the lights on 301.
