my feet are in pain as i read about this.

this is what running shoes are for.

keep all them toes into one place, not spread out for a possible fracture.

 

Some days I can still feel that clutch in that one foot. Thats quite enough of that.

I happened to be a endurance runner generally a mile or two but capable of three. (Times were *&^$ but what else is new.) early in my time. Im just glad I don't have to worry about that anymore. The last one was a 9 mile. Whew.

 

yeah, at my age, i do not run, in fact never did, unless something was chasing me.

when the temps start getting a bit warmer, i'll go back to the school where they have a walking track, and start to build up to the 2-3 miles of walking i was up to, until the weather here got too cold to go outside.

 

After that surgery I had running is something reserved for emergency. There is no pleasure in running. So unless its absolutely necessary forget the running part.

What I do do is relearn bowling and relearn horseback all over again. Thats just getting started. There are some other things I need to relearn as well such as sailing and so forth. Ive been away too long. I am working on that. But running? HA.

If you saw me run somewhere somethings up and its not good for someone.

 

Yeah just like the track conditions I wouldn't bet on how accurate those times are. Lol
