When you say run at night do you mean all night and try to sleep during the day? It's a big difference running from say 9pm until 7AM, than running until Midnight or so.

 

By second shift do you mean afternoon until around midnight?

 

Pretty much. A lot of starting at 5pm running til 2 or 3. You know that time of night when there is no parking to be found and youre out of hours.

As a 6 month driver at barr-nunn i can confirm everything he has said. When i started at total of ms if i only got 1800 miles i was starving. Here you get 1800 miles you still bringing home 7-800 bucks. Not that this happens very often because it doesn't. I am usually 23-2500 mile range. In which case my check is around 11-1200 net.
