Barr Nunn has been posting on craigslist in my area, for $90,000, plus 401K and benefits, seems a little far stretched, but I'm still a newbie.....

I agree. We are advertising the top 25% of teams are earning $88,000 per driver. I don't believe we have more than 40 teams but I could be wrong. That would imply 10 teams are getting paid well.

The other teams I'm guessing would still be over $70,000 each driver first year with the minimum experience required to be hired.

Solo drivers aren't anywhere near $90k I promise you. I've been here going on 8 years and should be over $73k this year. (We have a high cap rate per mile)

Man I'm in limbo bro... just when I was going to push with this company, I cross some reviews that make me feel I should maybe look else where . Honestly, what would you say for advise . I want to roll man and just be a great driver . I don't want to invest my time with a company that is pulling magic tricks soon as they get you you know. Preach and don't actual practice what they preach .

I'm considering, but what would you say the pros and cons are if you don't mind letting me know. Because I seriously don't want to get there and find out it's something different, I can't afford that. Are you a road warrior ?

Seems to be a trend ... I was doing research on this company and many drivers say the cpm is high but seems to be a way to lure you in just to sit more than your wheels turn. I highly dislike companies that are dishonest l this people's lively hood they playing with. I take that very serious when it comes to respect, time and money.

I'm learning my self and one thing I'd say is talk to as many drivers on many platforms as possible , even YouTube videos of drivers talking about their experiences.make sure it's from people currently working or no more than a year ago.

Bro, this thread is more than 8 years old, you're not going to get the latest info on this, or any company, reading info posted that long ago.
