Base plates for a lease on operator

    Hi guys. I'm leasing onto Evans Delivery. They have a base plate and registration program through Indiana.

    I'm a Mass resident and my truck has a Mass title. I DON'T HAVE THE TITLE IN MY NAME YET. It'll take a month or more.

    Will Evans and/or the State of Indiana accept the title that was signed over to me via a Re-assignment of title from the dealership. I also have the dealership bill of sale and the receipt from Mass for paid sales tax and new title.

    I really hope so because I don't wanna wait another month to get going!

    Help!

    Just call them up. You should be alright. I use to be leased onto one their subsidiaries. You have proof of ownership.

    Thanks. I'll call them tmmrow. This all got sprung on me on Friday. This whole weekend I've been freaking out! Lol

    I know the feeling you need to get the wheels turning. I had somewhat similar situation when I was buying a truck from a friend leased onto them. I didn't have the title in my name but we(my friend) signed an agreement.
