Hi guys. I'm leasing onto Evans Delivery. They have a base plate and registration program through Indiana.
I'm a Mass resident and my truck has a Mass title. I DON'T HAVE THE TITLE IN MY NAME YET. It'll take a month or more.
Will Evans and/or the State of Indiana accept the title that was signed over to me via a Re-assignment of title from the dealership. I also have the dealership bill of sale and the receipt from Mass for paid sales tax and new title.
I really hope so because I don't wanna wait another month to get going!
Help!

I know the feeling you need to get the wheels turning. I had somewhat similar situation when I was buying a truck from a friend leased onto them. I didn't have the title in my name but we(my friend) signed an agreement.

Did you do a Google and research on Evans?
If it's the same company. -
I hope you had a chance to talk to some of their drivers. Recruiters are like politicians when it comes to telling anyone the truth.
