    Airhose connectors off the different sized airlines there are in a truck.
    If you have a hole in a line(which isn't uncommon),just cut out the bad part and reconnect.
    The DOT will appreciate your effort.

    Bolt cutters (for vans), long handled crow bar, bungee cords, possibly a push broom, claw hammer.

    DOT aside, sometimes one has to do what one has to do in order to get to where proper repairs can be made.

    Oh, and a gladhand grommet stash.
