You may need to contact an attorney. Contact us express, and ask for a copy the video of your alleged violations. You may need to have an attorney request it. Because if they didn't save a copy, I think an attorney could get the safety violation removed. If they don't have a record it never happenedStringb8n Thanks this.

That makes sense. I would argue that myself even. Where's the record of this? Most companies (I thought at least) stuff like that they document and have you sign saying "i effed up" (not in those words obviously). I imagine it's ultimately like someone seeing damage to a truck and saying you did it. When nobody saw you do it, but they just want to say you did it.WesternPlains Thanks this.

Yes. I know it's an expense to hire an attorney. But we are talking about your livelihood here

You can make back in a week or two what an attorney costs. Not driving for 6 months is MUCH worse.

I have exactly this. An incident that was Attempted Fraud at a cold storage facility. I covered the company well. Sent pictures. The company's own dash cam proves that the guy wasn't even there when I pulled up. He showed up when I was 3/4 of the way backed in. My trailer was straight to the dock by then. This guy, right in front of me, was shooting his mouth off to the cop that he was there the whole time. Under his trailer. Yelling and honking at me.
All I have gotten from the complaint Bureau and HireRight is BS. Yet this is the coronavirus time. Nobody wants to do anything.
Only thing I am lacking for a Libel suit is that it hurt me. That's all.
I admit. The right people at the company find out about this. It's gonna be removed. They already replaced the head of Safety with someone else. I know they want me back. Besides this Barney Fife in Safety. It was a wonderful company to work for. The same Barney Fife refused to give me the dash cam video from a wrongful ticket. That's why I walked. -
I agree! I was not expecting him to sit around and not seek employment elsewhere. Why would he even want to go back to us Express. But he needs to get that removed from his recordTrucking in Tennessee Thanks this.
