If she's living on junk food and peeing outside, what is the inside of the truck like? I'm thinking it ain't that clean either! Get another trainer and move on. DO let your trainer manager know that this is how she trains. If she doesn't leave the program at least maybe they can match her with someone more suited for her lifestyle.
Good luck and know that trucking is what YOU make of it, not what someone else trains you to make it.

I agree with ramkatteral if you need to run that hard to make money its time for a new job... I never go more than a couple of hours without pulling over to walk around my truck and go to the bathroom and I only run pittsburgh to baltimore mostly.

You can get arrested for peeing outside. My cousin got popped for indecent exposure when she pulled over off the road and squatted behind a bush. I don't know all the details but I know it cost her a fortune to fight it. She's a teacher and would have lost her career if convicted.

I'd say deal with it. The training period is such a short amount of time. If you try to get a new trainer you will be sitting around for awhile.

No advice to give, but your trainer sounds like a fool who doesn't know what's in her own best interest, let alone yours. I can't stand to work with people who think there's any pride to be taken in working so relentlessly that work becomes a prolonged form of suicide. I ran a forklift on a dock for a few years, and I met some drivers who seemed to be cut out of the same mold as your trainer. They ran on junk food and cigarettes and I could never move fast enough to suit them, even when I got good enough at the forklift to safely move almost all pallets at full speed. In my experience, these drivers are prone to make mistakes because they're in too much of a ######### hurry to check what they should be checking: fuel level in the reefer trailers, whether return pallets have been properly secured, etc. God forbid the forklift or pallet jacks should be running low on battery power when these drivers arrived at the dock; these self-destructing March Hares would never outright complain because they knew I could cause problems for them by talking to their supervisors, but sometimes the tension in the air became so thick that I almost wished they'd explode and get it over with.

Thats stupid but the way our laws were written.
A few random thoughts:
1. My trainer (back in the day) had to stop much more often than me.
2. Until my rig says MENS ROOM on the side, I won't be urinating in it
or a bottle inside of it. I sleep and eat here. It is NOT a bathroom.

Peeing outside ? ? ?
Are you driving thru a forest ?
I mean even she would have to pull the truck over to pee outside . so where
is she pulling over ? along side a highway and then she run into the woods ?
