Look if your needing to stop every couple of hours should not be a big deal, Take away this, when you are stopped take advantage, use the head before you get back into the truck, There are some truths here, if you tell a trainer 5 minutes after you get on the freeway you have to pee, your going to have problems, itf its a regular thing.
Its a body function, it has to be dealt with, there's a balance of holding on for a reasonable period, But health wise you realistically need to drink water and plenty of it, Not soda, it will just make you look like large marg, Coffee, tea, water, some fruit juices watch your sugar intake it will cause you fatigue in the long run.
If you really want to have fun start eating Campbell's Beeny Weenie's cheep food lots of protein, and nobody will be sleeping in that cab, and in fact you'll be surprised how fast he will want the truck stopped, and be the first one out the door as well, cabbage, and corn are good also. All guarenteed to get the trainer to stop the truck.tommymonza, dennisroc and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
Saw Palmetto helps with frequent urine problems for men.
It helps keep the prostate healthy.
Been taking it for a couple of decades and sleep through the night without having to get up for a urinal break.
Sam's Club has a good price for Saw Palmetto.

Yeah, I learned in the days of leaving Salinas and not stopping for any reason till you hit Amarillo TX, where my Dad would take over and run it into Columbus OH, and then I could shag it in to Hunts point and unload.
Naw dont want o go back to the good old days, they are exactly why all the current laws have been enacted. Eat drink and be merry, all int 10 hours then drive, don't get me wrong I still want to get the miles in, but when its time to relax, Its gotta be Pabst Blue Ribbon time.
I run from Los Angeles to the Loves in Benson AZ. But then its Blue Ribbon Time. Now Pop's would have expected at least Deming, but his trucks were Rooster Crusiers, not these company things we drive now.tommymonza, buddyd157, dennisroc and 2 others Thank this. -

you're right I am a non-driver.
started in 1990..almost hit my 3 million accident ticket free miles something I'm very proud of.. I'm a professional driver proud of the way I was properly trained..something I hardly see anymore in this effen industry.
it's jerk-offs that drive like fools crashing all over the place is part of the problem not the solution!!
do DMFS don't know when to stop. I'd like it if you get kidney problems later on and you have to stop off at and you find out that you can't then you get to suffer and you think about what you said.. -
My back yard is full of it, maybe I could save a few dollars and just go chew on it lolx1Heavy Thanks this.

Grind it into a powder and take a teaspoon every day.
Don't take my advice on that; I'm no doctor.
I like the capsules though.dennisroc, x1Heavy and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
In a situation like that, OUT. There will be a tree big enough somewhere. We had that problem once with spouse. Desolate and a hour or two in any direction.
I appreciate the thoughts on my post. I was a little monster when I started typing. I can probably add to it, but that's quite enough.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
Yeah, you're a NonDriver. See your type every day of the week. Been waiting decades for guys like me to fail because you just cannot compete. Fair weathered, solar power, sidewalk sissy types always hoping and praying that the people who can do what you cannot somehow fail. Classic NonDriver.88228822 and otterinthewater Thank this.
